Kirstine Reiner Hansen is an artist based ion the Monterey Peninsula, California, US. Born in Odense, Denmark, she received a BA in Design and Illustration at Kolding School of Design. Her work has been exhibited in numerous galleries, most recently she had a 2-Person exhibition at Jack Fischer Gallery in San Francisco and was interviewed on the ‘Art Is Awesome’ Podcast by journalist Emily Wilson. In 2012 she received the Lillian Orlowsky and William Freed Foundation Grant and was twice a semi-finalist for the Outwin Boochever Portrait Competition. She has been featured in Juxtapoz Magazine as well as in the book ‘Distrupted Realism - Paintings for a Distracted World’ by John Seed. Her work is featured in the indie film ‘Meaning of a Ritual’, 2023.
